Getting started
- Install Apply Doctor from the Chrome Web Store.
- Pin it to the Chrome toolbar.
- Continue with Google.
- Upload and review your résumé in Career Profile.
- Open a Greenhouse, Lever, or Ashby application.
Apply Doctor support
Quick answers for installation, account access, autofill, AI, tracking, and billing.
Dashboard not connected
Open the dashboard using the button inside the extension. This securely passes your current session. If an old page appears, use Ctrl + Shift + R.
Autofill missed a field
Confirm the information exists in Career Profile. Apply Doctor intentionally leaves unknown, sensitive, file-upload, and ambiguous questions for your review.
Résumé upload
File selection must happen manually because browsers prevent extensions from assigning local files to employer upload fields. Apply Doctor can extract profile information, but you choose the actual file on each application.
AI answers
AI drafting requires résumé text and cloud connection. Review every draft. Salary, consent, work authorization, identity, dates, and selection controls are excluded from AI drafting.
Billing
Open Dashboard → Billing to upgrade or manage a subscription. Plan changes are confirmed through signed Lemon Squeezy webhook events.
Which sites are supported?
Greenhouse, Lever, and Ashby application pages are currently supported.
Why is the service worker shown as inactive?
Chrome pauses extension service workers when idle. This is normal; it wakes when the extension needs it.
How do I report a broken form?
Send the application URL and a description through the contact page. Do not send confidential application answers.
How do I delete my account?
Follow the steps on the data deletion page.
