Access, export, or delete your data
You may request a copy, correction, export, or deletion of the information associated with your Apply Doctor account.
Request account deletion
- Open the contact form.
- Select Privacy request.
- Use the same email address used for Google sign-in.
- State that you want your Apply Doctor account deleted.
We may send a verification message before processing the request. Do not send a password, Google token, API key, or payment-card information.
What deletion covers
Deletion removes your Apply Doctor cloud profile, résumé text, saved answers, tracked applications, usage records, sessions, and subscription-link records from active D1 storage. Contact and compliance records may be retained only as necessary to document the request, prevent abuse, resolve billing disputes, or satisfy legal obligations.
Local extension data
After cloud deletion, remove Apply Doctor from Chrome or clear the extension’s stored data to delete local profile and application copies from that browser.
Billing records
Lemon Squeezy acts as the merchant of record and may retain transaction information under its own legal and accounting obligations. Cancelling or deleting Apply Doctor data does not automatically erase records Lemon Squeezy must retain.
Timing
Verified requests are normally completed within 30 days. We will notify you when processing is complete or if additional information is required.
