These terms govern your use of the Apply Doctor website, Chrome extension, dashboard, and related services.

Your responsibility

You are responsible for reviewing every field, AI draft, résumé, and document before submitting an application. Apply Doctor does not guarantee accuracy, employment, interviews, offers, or compatibility with every website.

Permitted use

Use Apply Doctor only for lawful personal job-search activity. Do not use it to misrepresent qualifications, submit false information, disrupt websites, bypass access controls, scrape unrelated data, or violate an employer’s terms.

Accounts and security

You must maintain control of your Google account and devices. Notify support if you believe your Apply Doctor account or session has been compromised.

AI-assisted content

AI output may be incomplete or incorrect. It is provided as a draft and must be reviewed. You remain responsible for representations made to employers.

Subscriptions

Paid subscriptions are processed by Lemon Squeezy. Prices, billing periods, renewals, taxes, cancellation timing, and refunds shown at checkout form part of your purchase. Access may change when a subscription expires, is cancelled, refunded, or unpaid.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features, supported job sites, limits, or plans. We aim to preserve user data and communicate material changes, but uninterrupted service is not guaranteed.

Disclaimer and limitation

Apply Doctor is provided “as is” to the extent permitted by law. We are not liable for employer decisions, missed opportunities, application errors you approve, third-party outages, or indirect damages.

Termination

We may restrict accounts used for abuse, fraud, security threats, or violations of these terms. You may stop using Apply Doctor and request deletion at any time.
